so What? Then It will be another year of 'fans' complaining. WGR will be even more difficult to listen too.

I think no matter what good reasoning Eichel would have for staying another year in NCAA it would look very poorly for the Buffalo organization.

Eichel is a world class talent that would have gone #1 in most years. IMO the only reason he doesn't go to buffalo in his draft year is because he is NOT happy with the organization. There is no reason he should pass up on millions of dollars, being closer to FA, and move to the next level which by all accounts is one he should make fairly easily.

If he is as good as everyone says another year in NCAA is just a waste. He has the size and skill to be a effective NHLer next yea.

Funny how I said this was a possibility a few months ago and half of this thread attacked me for it.

Said there was a chance he wouldn't be playing with you guys next season if you wound up drafting him. That was followed with the usual attacks. Right up there with the, "I doubt you get what you guys think for Myers" debates.

If Eichel returns to school, which he won't, then the Sabres put Reinhart in Rochester for the year to develop and we do this all over again.

And while that is happening, we all lock ourselves away in a loony bin for a year since I don't think any of us could stand another year of the on ice product, tank talk, and general doom and gloom.

with three shots at landing in the top-three of the 2016 draft...(since I think the sabres will be better while quite a few will be worse)

Can we also say Zach Parise hated NJ and Toews hated Chicago?

Even with Eichel and Reinhart here, I could see Buffalo still in the mix for a top 3 pick.

The learning curve is always there.
